Authomate can generate strong passwords and automatically update each team member's StrongPass App with their new account password. This works for local users as well as Active Directory and Azure AD users.

Automatic Password Rotation

1) To configure automatic password rotation, click on Team Settings, then on the Password Rotation tab.

2) Click the checkbox to enable, then set the number of days between rotation. Enter any accounts that you do not wish to rotate in the exclusion list, then click on the "Save" button.

Manual Password Rotation

1) Click on Manage Users, then click on the menu icon and select Rotate Passwords.

2) Enter your password and click the Reset Passwords button to generate new passwords for your team.

If a communication or other error is encountered during password rotation, the server will stop on the first account that fails.
