StrongPass apps require internet access which can be provided by a Wi-Fi network or a cellular data network. If your smartphone supports Wi-Fi, and you only log in from locations with Wi-Fi access, then you will not need a data plan. If you want to log in from locations that do not have Wi-Fi access, you will need a data plan.
