If you've forgotten both your app passcode and your Authomate website password, StrongPass Teams users should contact their Team Administrator and StrongPass Personal users should send an email to support@authomate.com to request a temporary passcode to unlock your app.
Use your temporary passcode to log into your app, then go to Lock Screen Passcode in your app settings to select a new permanent passcode.
Your Authomate website account is automatically saved in your app when you register, so you should be able to log into the website using your app. If for some reason the account is not saved in your app, or the password does not work, follow the steps to reset your website password.
