Your App device will automatically be locked out after 10 failed passcode attempts. If you know your Authomate website password, you can unlock your device by following the steps below. If you don't remember your website password, StrongPass Teams users should contact their Team Administrator and StrongPass Personal users should contact support@authomate.com. They will be able to unlock your device after they confirm your identity.
Log into your Authomate account from the sign in page using your Authomate login ID and password.
Highlight the locked device line if needed, then select Unlock from the menu.
Press the UNLOCK button on the confirmation screen to unlock your device. You should now be able to log into your device with your app passcode.
